June 21st was national Go Skateboarding Day, which for all intents and purposes, is a peaceful demonstration of the good things of skateboarding. It’s an annual event that Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee kicked off in 2005 at a skate park fund raiser in Russellville, AR. Huckabee’s band, Capitol Offense, played the fund raiser earning him the title of coolest Republican Governor ever.But this year’s event wasn’t so cool in Hot Springs. An officer (reported as Joey Williams) was filmed and photographed choking and brutalizing several skaters as young as 13 years old. The video doesn’t lie…
Contact the Hot Springs Arkansas Police Chief of Police and demand that they hold Officer Williams accountable for beating on these poor little kids.

UPDATE:
Apparently Officer Williams is now on paid leave while they investigate him for excessive force against three thirteen year olds.
