		<description>My nanna has dementia and lately we feel like we don't know what she'll say or do next.  Sometimes it's so funny and sometimes its so painful.  I wish you guys all the best with that.  and maybe get her a urinal. Shit, she's 90 and if she wants one...maybe she knows something we don't?</description>
